    I couldn't be more pleased. First of all Fernando Jimenez, Supervisor arrived EARLY (when does that ever happen) and he proceeded to assess the job and provided me with a very reasonable estimate with a BBB discount. He then completed the job in under an hour (What). Fernando was very courteous and professional the entire time. I will definitely use this company again, as a matter of fact I have already requested estimates for other jobs that need to be done. My advice to you is to stop looking and call them!!

    Needed a plumber ASAP! Called one of those so called 24/7 plumbers and got the run around. Found Hydro Plumbing. Talked to Saul at 8AM and set an appointment for 10-12. Saul arrived promptly just after 10 and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Hydro Plumbing is our plumber from now on. Saul was a life saver. Thanks so much.

    My sewer mainline was backed up and I requested Hydro Plumbing through AHS after the first company they sent could not complete the work. Fernando contacted me and showed up ahead of his scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he contacted AHS for an authorization to complete the work and within an hour was able to complete the job. He also suggested because of the different materials used in my mainline (ABS and cast iron) that I have the main line jetted in the near future which I fully intend on doing. I wish all plumbing companies where is qualified, professional, and thorough. Thank you Fernando and Hydro Plumbing for an outstanding job!

    Homero & co worker were awesome sauce. I was so nervous about the water re-route my fiancé and I had to pray with them before they got started. Homer said don't worry ever things going to be ok. Guess what he was right! Just as the first day when he came into my home and I described my issue. In a matter of mins he diagnosed the problem. I'm grateful to Homero and coworker for doing a nice job and keeping me informed on any changes that occurred during the re-route procedure. Once the job was completed nice coworker completed a walk through and showed me how the meter stopped spinning like the wheel of fortune. Also wanna say thanks to the gentlemen for stabilizing the kitchen sink. Thank God for these two gentlemen.

    Repeat customer. Hydro Plumbing installed a new water heater in my home in May. They did a great job, so I contacted them again for a new plumbing issue: a dripping master shower. Once again, Miguel was my technician. He had an apprentice with him. Both men were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They replaced the mixer valve in the master shower and my dripping problem was resolved in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

    My water softener erupted - there was resin and salt throughout every pipe and every line that held water in my home. What a nightmare!. Could not use the toilet or have running water. I had at least 10 different companies giving me estimates filling my ear with bull crap and lies all trying just to get money with very little knowledge & very little professionalism. I was not about to give up however I knew I had to feel comfortable with the person in the company I was to deal with. Then Makay from Hydro Plumbing walks in and after speaking with him I knew right then and there he was my guy. He had EXTENSIVE knowledge on my issue and how to resolve it. I am talking DETAILS!! He was honest and professional and down to earth. Everything from the hot water heater to replacing the MANABLOCK, facets, toilets, any Appliance that had to do with water was fixed and fixed properly and tested several times over and over until everything was perfect. He also brought along his colleague Andy and I must say he was just as nice and down to earth and talented as Makay so you can tell this company takes pride in people who they hire. Unlike Those other big so-called professional company’s. Hint: did you ‘GET-ALL’ that!!! I’m actually very glad that I now finally have a solid plumbing company that I can rely on. On top of all of that, they out priced every other estimate that I had received. Thank you MAKAY !! And Andy.

It was looked at and fixed along with some conversation since we just moved here. Ryan was great with anything and everything I asked about. Needless to say I’ve got Hydro bookmarked and in the phone list that’s how I feel about their customer service, no need to bother with anyone else.
